Each runner will be issued with a race number at registration.

Please ensure the following:

Race bib is clearly visible on the front of the torso

Race bib is unaltered and unmodified

Race bib is pinned in all four corners

Race bib is not covered (jackets, runner belts or water bottles etc.)

Please note: The race number allocated to you is for use by you only. Please do not pass on the race number to an alternative runner who has not registered on our entry system.

Due to the fast nature of this particular race, runners are not able to take part in the race while pushing a buggy.

No,the race is a UK Athletics affiliated race and therefore dogs are not permitted.

Refunds are not available for the race but participants are able to transfer their plaace to someone else up until the closing date specified on the confirmation email. We do not allow deferrals to another race or to the same race the following year.

Full details of parking will be included in the race instructions. These are normally sent around 7 days prior to the race.

Toilets will be available on race day at Race HQ and close to the start line.

Not strictly speaking, however if you wish to use the toilets as a changing space, please arrive early to ensure everyone has time to access the facilities.

We will endeavour to provide a safe place for runners to leave bags, however this is NOT guarunteed to be secure and is used at participants own risk.

Yes, the race is affilliated to UK Athletics and as the course is fully closed to traffic it is permitted, however please ensure the volume is low enough for you to hear instructions from marshals.

No, unfortunately due to the start finish moving once the race is underway, the road closure timings would not allow us to have multiple start times.
